Terms of Service

Purpose

These terms set the general working framework between Taoshiflex Studio and its clients. Any approved proposal, statement of work, quotation, or project-specific agreement takes priority where it contains different terms.

Client responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate information, required access, feedback, approvals, and payments within the agreed timeline. Delays in these dependencies may affect delivery dates.

Studio responsibilities

Taoshiflex Studio will deliver the agreed work with reasonable care, communicate material project changes, and protect access to private project information using the controls available in the Client Workspace.

Acceptable use

Studio services and systems must not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

Project-specific terms

Scope, pricing, revision limits, ownership, delivery conditions, support, and cancellation terms may be defined more specifically in the applicable project agreement.
